About GreenOJ
GreenOJ is the official online judge platform of the Green University Competitive Programming Community (GUBCPC), built to nurture problem-solving skills and foster a culture of competitive programming at Green University of Bangladesh.
Our Story
GreenOJ was born out of a simple yet powerful idea — to give students at Green University of Bangladesh a dedicated space to practice competitive programming, participate in coding contests, and track their growth over time.
Founded in January 2025 by a group of passionate student developers, GreenOJ started as a small project and has since grown into a full-featured online judge platform serving the entire GUB competitive programming community. What began as a dream among friends has become a cornerstone of programming culture at the university.
Today, GreenOJ hosts regular programming contests, maintains an ever-growing archive of problems, provides real-time leaderboards and contest ratings, and offers an integrated code editor powered by Monaco — all designed to deliver a seamless and professional competitive programming experience.

Hosting IDPC at GUB
GreenOJ hosted the Intra-Department Programming Contest (IDPC) at Green University, bringing competitive programming to the wider student body.
Growing the Team
New co-founders joined the mission, expanding the team's capabilities in development and problem setting.
Platform Expansion
The team grew further with more co-founders, bringing enhanced features like real-time leaderboards and contest ratings.
Serving the Community
GreenOJ continues to host regular contests, expand its problem archive, and serve hundreds of students at Green University.
